The Green House Annual Meeting and Celebration, Sweet Homes Alabama is right around the corner!

Wynfrey Hotel- Birmingham, AL

Next week Green House adopters from around the nation will gather in Birmingham, Ala., Sept. 7-9 for the Fourth Annual Green House Meeting and Celebration.

The annual meeting is an exclusive time for Green House Project adopters to share, learn and celebrate their achievements! This year we’re also excited to invite our supporters to join the conversation taking place in Birmingham via social media.

We will feature live-streaming video of select conference events right here from the Green House blog. Watch keynote addresses from Green House Project founder Dr. Bill Thomas and Pioneer Network CEO Dr. Peter Reed and learn what life’s really like in a Green House directly from elders living at The Green House Cottages at St. Martin’s in the Pines in Birmingham.

You can also get up-to-the-minute blog updates throughout the conference by bookmarking this site or subscribing to our RSS feed (submit your email to the right). For Bill Thomas:

Please keep your lapel mike closer to your mouth!

I would like to hear your views on whether memory loss patients should have dedicated Green Houses or should be mixed with other patients in homogenous Green Houses.

I do not believe in segregating elders according to clinical attributes.
